Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and flatten them into patty shapes.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each patty into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the chocolate-covered patties to the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate is firm, about 10-15 minutes.
