Description

Irresistible blondies combining the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with tart fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

These blondies pair wonderfully with ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container.
