- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and unsalted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in the flour and salt until combined. If using nuts, fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, refrigerate for a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
