Description

Delightful white chocolate brownies with a fudgy texture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and unsalted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold in the flour and salt until combined. If using nuts, fold them into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, refrigerate for a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
