- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the sliced smoked sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and white beans, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
