Description

These Turkey Sausage and Egg White Breakfast Bites are a protein-packed and flavorful option for busy mornings or a healthy brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 8 Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Cook the crumbled turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Whisk the egg whites and season with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked turkey sausage, bell peppers, onion, and spinach to the egg whites, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin, and serve warm.
