Description

A fresh and delightful meal or snack featuring tuna and cucumbers, perfect for summer picnics or quick snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 can of tuna (in water or oil)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon diced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
  2. Combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture into the hollowed cucumber halves, generously filling each boat.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve immediately or chill.
