- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green.
- Add the cooked meatballs to a skillet, pour the teriyaki sauce over them, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the teriyaki turkey meatballs over a bed of broccoli.
Notes
