A mouthwatering dish that combines savory ground turkey with teriyaki sauce, served over tender broccoli for a quick and healthy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.
  5. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green.
