Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Fold in the dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into a log and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Slice the log into 1/4-inch rounds, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Ensure the butter is softened to room temperature for easy creaming. Chilling the dough helps maintain the cookies’ shape while baking.
