- 1 cup crushed strawberry shortcake cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until well combined.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled crust and chill for about 4 hours until set.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
- Garnish with crushed strawberry shortcake cookies. Serve chilled.
