Description

A delicious and nutritious snack combining cheesecake flavors with fresh strawberries, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and protein powder.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), crushed strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts and roll them into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For added sweetness, consider mixing in some mini chocolate chips or dried fruit. Use flavored protein powder that complements the strawberry flavor.
