Description

Succulent chicken thighs drenched in a rich, sticky honey garlic sauce, served over rice with vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice (for serving)
  • Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, for serving)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sriracha. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice, alongside steamed vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey-garlic mixture for up to an hour before cooking. Adjust sriracha to suit spice preference.
