- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by heating honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and water in a saucepan until bubbling.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the hot honey sauce until fully coated, then serve immediately.
