Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the sauce by heating honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and water in a saucepan until bubbling.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the hot honey sauce until fully coated, then serve immediately.
