- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the flank steak generously with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Sauté the sliced bell pepper and onion in the same skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the mixed greens, sautéed vegetables, and sliced avocado in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt for the dressing.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain and add it to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle with the cilantro lime dressing and toss gently to combine.
Notes
For the juiciest steak, let it rest for at least 5 minutes after cooking. Dress the salad just before serving to avoid sogginess.
