Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture onto each slice and return to the oven for 10 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
