Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the beef stew meat, bell peppers, zucchini, onion, and garlic to a slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and stout beer.
  3. Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
