A delicious and nutritious dish that combines crispy tofu with vibrant broccoli, all coated in a savory sesame sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned tofu and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender yet still bright green.
- Return the fried tofu to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce, and toss everything to combine well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm over rice or noodles.
Notes
Serve hot, ideally over rice or quinoa. Pairs well with extra soy sauce or green onions.
