Description

A quick and satisfying meal combining tender salmon bites with colorful vegetables, served over rice or quinoa.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
  • Chopped vegetables (e.g., cucumber, bell pepper, avocado)
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve the salmon bites over cooked rice or quinoa and top with chopped vegetables. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray a light coat of cooking spray on the salmon bites before air frying. Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
