  • Ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add your choice of protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu) and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
