Description

Deliciously creamy frozen treats made with Greek yogurt and a medley of mixed berries, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

For best results, use fresh berries. Store leftover pops in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
