- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Preheat your waffle maker and pour the batter in. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with more raspberries and a drizzle of honey.
Notes
For best results, use fresh raspberries. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
