Description

Deliciously fluffy waffles with tart raspberries and sweet white chocolate, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Preheat your waffle maker and pour the batter in. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with more raspberries and a drizzle of honey.

Notes

For best results, use fresh raspberries. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
