Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla, whisking until blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Incorporate optional add-ins if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
