Description

Delicious cheesecake jars packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack or a healthy dessert option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for crust)
  • Fresh fruit or toppings of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring that there are no lumps. The consistency should be thick yet spreadable.
  3. If using, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of the jars for added crunch.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into jars, layering with any fruit or toppings if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover cheesecake jars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Can be customized with different flavors and toppings.
