Description

A delightful and nutritious dish packed with flavor, fiber, and protein, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or granola (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk or nut milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, blackberries, Greek yogurt (or protein powder), honey, cinnamon, baking powder, and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the oat mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour with a bit of honey or sweetener for the topping, then sprinkle over the oat mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with a vegan alternative and use agave syrup instead of honey. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
