- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings (nuts, chocolate chips)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, protein powder, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl with the mashed bananas. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. You can add optional toppings like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and golden.
- Let the baked oats cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
