- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blackberry jam
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh blackberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, blackberry jam, and protein powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- If you prefer a sweeter pudding, add honey or maple syrup to taste and stir again until evenly mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 120 minutes or overnight until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- Serve the chia pudding in bowls or jars, topped with fresh blackberries and additional blackberry jam if desired.
Notes
Adjust the consistency with more almond milk if it’s too thick after refrigeration. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
