Description

A delightful twist on classic tiramisu, combining the rich flavors with wholesome baked oats for a protein-packed breakfast or healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, cooled coffee, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes after baking, then top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
