Description

Delicious finger food that combines classic pizza flavors in a fun, shareable format.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup of marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
  3. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square. Fold and seal the dough around the filling.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Arrange the dough balls closely together in a greased baking dish.
  6. Brush tops of the rolls with the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
