Description

Delicious and easy no-bake cookies made with a simple combination of peanut butter, oats, and cocoa powder, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Stir together.
  2. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, let cook for one minute, stirring diligently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Mix in the rolled oats until fully combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  7. Let cool until set, about 30 minutes.
