Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice (or unsweetened almond milk for a creamier version)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ½ cup cold water or ice cubes (if needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Fruit. If you are using fresh fruit, peel the mango and peach, remove the pits, and chop them into small cubes. If using frozen fruit, simply measure out the required amounts from the bags.
  2. Step 2: Load the Blender. Add the liquid base to your blender first—this helps the blades move more freely. Pour in the orange juice or milk, followed by the Greek yogurt and any liquid sweetener you prefer.
  3. Step 3: Add Solids. Place the peaches, mangoes, and banana on top of the liquid ingredients. Adding the heavier frozen fruit last helps push everything down toward the blades for a more even blend.
  4. Step 4: Blend Until Smooth. Secure the lid tightly and start your blender on a low speed. Gradually increase to high speed and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and no fruit chunks remain.
  5. Step 5: Adjust and Serve. Check the consistency of your smoothie. If it is too thick, add a splash more juice or water and blend for another 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
