Description

A delightful dish combining savory meatballs in a rich garlic butter sauce with comforting linguine pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then form into small meatballs.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the meatballs. Cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to coat the pasta in the garlic butter. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.

Notes

Tip: For a lighter option, substitute half the butter with olive oil or use ground turkey instead of beef.
