Description

A delightful no-bake treat combining the rich flavors of Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in silky chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate coating (milk or dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the rolled balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and lift them out with a fork to allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Place the coated balls back on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Let the chocolate set, either at room temperature or in the fridge.
  9. Once the chocolate has set, serve your Oreo Balls on a platter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freeze for longer storage.
