- 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and nuts. Process until finely chopped.
- Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, maple syrup, shredded coconut (if using), and a pinch of salt. Process until well combined and sticks together.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the brownie mixture into the dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
