Description

These No-Bake Protein Energy Balls are easy to make, nutritious, and delicious, providing a chocolatey energy boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and mini chocolate chips until well combined.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and honey, along with the vanilla extract, stirring everything until fully incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to help it firm up.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

If your peanut butter is too thick, warm it slightly in the microwave for easier mixing. Lightly dampen your hands with water to avoid sticking when rolling the balls.
