Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture ensuring a smooth and airy texture.
- Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
