Description

A delightful frozen treat featuring creamy, sweet purple yam, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ube (purple yam), cooked and mashed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and mashed ube, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours to allow it to freeze solid.
  3. Once frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and process according to the machine’s instructions to create a creamy ice cream texture.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or refreeze for a firmer consistency.

Notes

Store any leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping for easier serving.
