Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, whole
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced into small cubes
  • 2 cups white grape juice, coconut water, or lemonade
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and kiwis into thin pieces so they fit easily into the molds. Dice the mango into small, uniform cubes to ensure even distribution.
  2. Carefully place a mix of the prepared fruit into each popsicle mold. Try to alternate the colors and types of fruit to create a beautiful, layered look. Don’t pack them too tightly; leave a little space for the liquid to flow around the pieces.
  3. Slowly pour your chosen liquid (white grape juice, coconut water, or lemonade) into each mold. Fill them up, but leave about a quarter-inch of space at the top to allow for expansion as the liquid freezes.
  4. Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. If your mold has a lid, secure it first before inserting the sticks. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight, until they are completely solid.
