Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water, allowing it to bloom for 5 minutes. Heat gently until dissolved, then set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in mango puree into the whipped cream mixture, then add dissolved gelatin and fold until combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mango slices or mint leaves.
