Description

Enjoy a healthy and delicious meal with these Low-Carb Turkey Gyro Bowls, packed with Mediterranean flavors and high in protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce or cauliflower rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Combine diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion in a bowl.
  5. Mix lemon juice with olive oil to dress the salad.
  6. Assemble bowls with lettuce or cauliflower rice, turkey mixture, cucumber salad, and crumbled feta.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
