Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even cooking.

- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using wild-caught salmon and adding cherry tomatoes or bell peppers to the dish.
