Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Once the salmon is done, add the lemon juice and zest to the pan, spooning the brown butter over the salmon.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
