- 1 cucumber, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet to keep the dish from becoming greasy.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir until well combined.
- Let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or sriracha. You can also customize the toppings with additional vegetables like radishes or broccoli.
