Description

A delightful keto dessert combining rich chocolate flavors and creamy peanut butter, perfect for sweet cravings without the carbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol, mixing well.
  2. Add the softened butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts if desired.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for easier mixing. Chill adequately for perfect slices.
