- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with a generous drizzle of sugar-free marinara sauce.
Notes
Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days or frozen for two months.
