Description

Flavorful tacos filled with honey-glazed salmon and a refreshing slaw, perfect for casual gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cabbage slaw
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the salmon.
  2. Combine honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a sweet and spicy mixture.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the honey mixture, then place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan. Assemble tacos by placing salmon bites on tortillas, topping with slaw, and drizzling more hot honey if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These tacos are best served fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge.
