- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté broccoli for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked rice to each container, top with salmon, and arrange broccoli alongside. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Allow the bowls to cool completely before storing them in meal prep containers.
