Description

A refreshing, tangy dip made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and aromatic herbs that enhances any dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
