Description
A deliciously sweet and gooey pull-apart bread made with cinnamon rolls, perfect for sharing at gatherings or enjoying as a cozy dessert.

- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
- Toss the quartered cinnamon rolls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until coated.
- Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring in vanilla extract.
- Grease a bundt pan and layer half of the coated cinnamon rolls in the bottom. Pour half of the melted butter mixture over them.
- Add the remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top and pour the remaining butter mixture over them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Enjoy while warm!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips. Can be made ahead by preparing roll pieces and coating them the night before.
