- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cheese, and cook until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, replace half of the beef broth with an additional half cup of cheese or sour cream. Feel free to customize the mixed vegetables according to your preference.
