Description

A delicious twist on the classic burger, these tacos combine Big Mac flavors into a fun and satisfying handheld meal, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat, along with a splash of water if instructed on the packet. Stir and let it cook according to the package instructions, around 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a separate pan over low heat or microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. To assemble, lay the warm tortillas flat and add a scoop of the seasoned meat. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and Thousand Island dressing. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; leftovers can be stored separately for up to 3 days.
