Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir well to combine everything.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3 to 5 minutes more.
- Serve the turkey mixture over your choice of cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
